Because of this, many people suffer from depression and anxiety; there are even those who constantly get sick. I was one of those people.

I confess that I am not someone to go to the doctor even if I am dying of pain; It's just not something I'm comfortable with. This is possibly why I am constantly looking for holistic ways to take care of my health.

Thanks to this, a few years ago I found an activity that fills me with energy after doing it: meditating. To my delight, meditating not only frees me from daily burdens; but it helps me deal with my panic attacks and anxiety.

I also made some changes to my diet, and have had good results so far. I never go to the extreme; I like to eat well and what I want, but always in moderation.

These small changes have given me a better state of health both physically and emotionally.

Anyone can put a positive spin on their life by implementing small activities into their day. It is a matter of wanting to live with well-being, without feeling exhausted or distressed.

For this reason, below, I recommend some activities that will make your life more placid and happy.

1 listening to music

Who does not feel pleasure listening to the music of their liking? I think that certainly, we can all enjoy a pleasant melody at any time of the day.

Music has a liberating power. With her you can feel happy or sad, that depends on your choice. Also, a good song can boost the body's immune system. What this does is that it reduce stress levels. The same goes for anxiety and depression.

2 Walking outdoors

You don't need to go to the countryside to feel free. It is enough that you dress comfortably and have some time to go for a walk.

You can even go out with your pet or with your friends. The point is that as you walk, notice everything that comes your way and keep a good breath. There are also people who like to go hiking, (country walk) barefoot. Of course, this is something optional.

However you choose to practice it, walking will always be an exercise that keeps you active, healthy, and connected with nature and with yourself.

3 Intermittent fasting

This type of fast is a very common type of “diet” in South Korea. Many women in this country practice it to stay slim and healthy.

Many girls tend to keep diaries as if they were some kind of confidants jealous of the biggest secrets. As adults, this should not change.

6 Gardening
